Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at husodrop@hotmail.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Change of mind returns: As our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing.
Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business daysback to your original payment method.
EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer law, EU-based customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt.
Non-returnable items: Sale items, personalised products, and perishable goods cannot be returned.
